Online process steps
1. Prepare documents
- General Assembly resolution (for SRL) or Authorized Person Decision (for PFA)
- Updated articles of incorporation
- Standard registration form
- Payment proof for the registration fee
2. Access the ONRC portal
Log in to the ONRC online portal, authenticate with a digital certificate and upload scanned documents.
3. Electronic signature
All documents must be electronically signed with a qualified signature.
4. Submit and wait
Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
